Directions:

From Gate City/Weber City, VA:

• Take Lynn Garden Drive south toward downtown Kingsport .
• Follow signs to US-11 W and take the 11 W exit ramp on the right.
• At the top of the ramp, turn left, going north, on 11 W.
• Once you are on 11 W, you will go through 2 traffic lights.
• Turn right into the Holston Valley Medical Center Outpatient Campus after going through second traffic light.

From Johnson City , TN and I-81:

• Take I-26 north past the Wilcox and Meadowview exits.
• Get off on the next exit, exit 1, US-11 W/Stone Drive .
• Turn right at the bottom of the exit ramp onto 11 W/Stone Drive .
• Go 1.6 miles until you see the Holston Valley Medical Center Outpatient Campus.
• Kingsport Hematology and Oncology is on the 3 rd floor of the cream-colored building on the left.

From Bristol , TN /VA:

• Take US-11 W toward Kingsport
• Go approximately 20 miles and turn into the Holston Valley Medical Center Outpatient Campus on your left.
• Kingsport Hematology and Oncology is on the 3 rd floor of the cream-colored building on the left.

From Bean Station, TN:

• Take US-11 W / Lee HWY for approximately 45 miles.
• Turn right into the Holston Valley Medical Center Outpatient Campus on your right.
• Kingsport Hematology and Oncology is on the 3 rd floor of the cream-colored building on the left.
